OUR STORY
2021
We started in 2021, introducing London to its first-ever Korean-style Corn Dogs. From the very first queue, we knew something special had begun. For our founder Jae Cho, Bunsik is rooted in childhood memories of his mum buying him Corn Dogs at Korean markets, a simple joy he always wanted to share with the UK.
With over 17 years of experience in Korean dining concepts, Jae set out to create something fun, accessible, and scalable. Bunsik became his way of bringing the warmth and creativity of Korean Street food to everyone.
